Mainlinephoto offers a 3 YEAR AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY on all Voigtlander and Heliopan products purchased through us.

We are unable to offer warranty service or parts on any Grey market Voigtlander, Novoflex or Heliopan products.

LINHOF CAMERAS

As we no longer offer parts or service for Linhof cameras please contact LAFLEX in the US for service and spare parts.

SENDING ITEMS FOR RETURN OR WARRANTY SERVICE

Tips for sending your equipment for warranty repairs or returning an item.

  1. Record the serial number,
  2. Wrap the equipment in bubble wrap or other protective material,
  3. Pack in a carton with enough room for at least a couple of centimeter's of soft packing material around the equipment,
  4. Include paper work with your name, contact number, return postal address and a clear description of the problem and service requirements. For returns please include your invoice or order number
  5. We recommend the Australia Post Express Post service with tracking and optional insurance.
  6. Email us when sending so that we know to look out for your package. We will confirm receipt.
